Bookings must be made through our online forms, calendar links, or via email. All services require full payment in advance unless a written exception is provided.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel bookings if payment is not received or if any Terms are violated.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, etc.):

  • Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Coaching, Speaking, or Consulting Services:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled.
  • Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture.
  • No refunds are issued for services already rendered.

All Website content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, blogs, books, scripts, course materials, and branding, is the exclusive property of MotivatedDave and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
